Wayne earned his Eagle Scout Award in April of 1993. He has been on the troop committee since 2003, 9 years of which he served as committee treasurer. Wayne also serves as assistant leader for Ascension Girl Scout Troop 1978 and has been a part of that organization since 2010.

Michelle is a lifetime member of the Girl Scouts of America. She earned both Silver and Gold Awards as a youth member. In addition to an assistant scoutmaster for the girl troop, she is also leader for Ascension's Girl Scout Troop 1978. Michelle enjoys camping, hiking, snorkeling, and backpacking.

I am a mom to six children - three who are in college and three at Ascension Catholic School. I have been a "Scout mom" since 2008, but took on my first official leadership role in 2023. I have had 2 older boys who were involved in Pack 373 and Troop 373 from 2012 until 2019. We returned to the Pack with our younger children in 2022. As a Committee Member I volunteered to take on fundraising for Pack 373, so currently that is my main role. I also help coordinate Religious Emblems program and I am a Committee Member for Troop 373 and 4373
